For over 48 years KGS Electronics has been designing and manufacturing avionic and military AC and DC solid state power conversion products.  KGS Electronics provides reliable, airborne certified AC and DC power conversion products to aviation and military customers worldwide.

KGS Electronics has a full line of airborne 400Hz and 50/60Hz static inverters, voltage/frequency converters,  DC to DC power converters, light dimming power supplies and AC to DC power supplies designed for aviation and military applications.

KGS fixed wing customers include  Raytheon (Beech) Aircraft, Dassault Falcon Jet  (Falcon 900B above),  Bombardier Aerospace, Learjet Inc. (Learjet 45 left), EADS/Airbus, Gulfstream Aerospace, Cessna Aircraft, Embraer (Empresa Brasileira de Aeronautica), Israel Aircraft, Saab Aircraft AB,  Sabreliner Corp., EADS/CASA, Piper & Mooney Aircraft.

Helicopter OEM customers include Sikorsky Aircraft, Bell Helicopter, Eurocopter GmbH, Robinson Helicopter, Agusta Aerospace, Westland Helicopter, Enstrom Helicopter, Schweitzer Helicopter, Mitsubishi Heavy Ind., Hindustan Aeronautics and PZL Swidnik.   

The Company is certified to AS9100:2004 (cert. #OZ571-AS1) and ISO-9001 (cert. #0Z571-3) quality system standards and conforms to FAA part 21.605 (a), Technical Standards Order authorization  (TSO) for manufactured airborne products.

KGS Electronics has complete service and maintenance facilities for its products. The company is a FAA Part 145 repair station (cert. #K3GR925J) and is also JAA Part 145 recognized (ref. #06/02-7/95-L162, European Air Agency).

The Company has a full network of factory authorized service and repair stations located throughout the world. KGS is represented by twenty authorized service centers in the United States and sixteen authorized service centers worldwide. International service support is available in countries such as Germany, France, England, Italy, Indonesia, Australia, So. Africa, Canada, Argentina, the Netherlands, Brasil, Sweden, Japan and Denmark.

KGS Electronics has over 100 employees and two California manufacturing facilities located in Arcadia (L.A. County) and Upland (San Bernardino County).  Company facilities comprise over 54,000 ft² of office, manufacturing and warehouse space.
